We are a Not for Profit team made up of professionals and caregivers who have walked and continue to walk the journey of caring for someone with a developmental and/or physical disability.

Our Mission is to support individuals with developmental and/or physcial disabilities and their caregivers by connecting individuals to a network of support so they can experience meaningful engagement within their community, their family, school and their workplace.

To envsion a community where there are no barriers for individuals with developmental and or physical disabilities. To foster a community of support for those individuals to access in order for them to fulfill their personal goals.
